We highly recommend that you purchase your ticket in advance. We regularly experience very high demand for our events and cannot guarantee there will be any tickets left to purchase on the door.
No, we do not offer VIP service. The D.R.O.P community is founded upon values of equality, inclusivity and unity. We do not believe in creating divisions on the dance floor, and therefore only offer one kind of ticket for purchase to all attendees.
Yes, we strongly encourage all attendees to show their ticket on their mobile phone in order to reduce your environmental footprint. If you decide to print it, make sure that the QR is perfectly readable and that the paper is not crumpled.
You must carry proof of age (identity card or passport) in case a member of our security needs to verify your age. The minimum age of entry is 18+, although the average age on the dance floor is 29.
It is not permitted to take drinks of any kind into the venue. Snacks, such as fruit, are permitted. We even encourage people to sustain their energy levels in a healthy way whilst raving!
Yes, all the venues we work in offer a cloakroom service (usually at a small cost per item).
We want you to come as you best feel dressed to dance and embrace the moment. Feel free to be as subtle or daring as you like, but bear in mind that this is an informal atmosphere and therefore suits and formal attire are not encouraged (and could even lead to refusal of entry).
You should get in touch directly with the venue. We recommend trying to reach them via Instagram or their contact email. If they do not answer, then you should write to us via Instagram so we can do our best to help.
No, tickets are non-refundable. In case you cannot assist to one of our events, we recommend using the reselling system of the ticketing platform you used for your purchase.
Let a member of staff know immediately. Whatever the cause of illness, our staff are not here to judge but to help. They will seek immediate medical support where required. Your safety and wellbeing is paramount to us.

As above, you will need to contact the ticket platform directly. Sometimes, platforms experience bugs and we recommend reattempting purchase before reporting an issue.
Where set times are available, they will be published in our Instagram story on the night of the event. We cannot always guarantee set times due to logistical factors beyond our control.
Yes you can, however all medication must be sealed and in the original manufacturer packaging. If you believe you may need a private area to administer the medication please contact us before attending the event at info@dropdancesociety.com.
As a promoter, we move from venue to venue and therefore access arrangements vary. However, we will always strive to be as inclusive as possible. Please contact us at info@dropdancesociety.com so we can best advise you according to a specific venue location.
We have a zero tolerance policy on any form of harassment. During an event, you should immediately report any incident to the members of security who are trained to keep you safe. If you wish to report an incident after an event, please write to us at info@dropdancesociety.com and we will get back to you ASAP.
